This Terms of Service agreement (the "Terms") sets forth the conditions for using the cloud data visualization service and associated authentication credentials provided by Unitcraft LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
【IMPORTANT: Handling of Authentication Credentials】
The AWS authentication credentials issued for the use of this Service are critical information for protecting your data. Please ensure you read and understand the following provisions.
1. Management Responsibility and Deactivation of Credentials
Users shall strictly manage the credentials issued by us (such as device certificates, private keys, etc.) at their own risk and responsibility. We reserve the right to immediately deactivate such credentials without prior notice to the User if we determine that any of the following apply:
There is a suspicion that the credentials have been leaked to a third party.
Unauthorized use of the credentials (such as unauthorized use for crypto mining, cyberattacks, or improper purposes) is detected.
There is an urgent necessity to maintain system security.
2. Prohibited Matters
In using this Service, Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:
Using the provided credentials on any systems or applications other than those authorized by us.
Transferring, lending, assigning, or disclosing the credentials to any third party.
Imposing an excessive load on the cloud infrastructure resources.
Reverse-engineering the Device or using interface specifications to upload data to the cloud via data transfer methods other than its intended functionalities.
3. Cloud Infrastructure Used
This system utilizes the following cloud environments for data collection, storage, and display. Users agree that their data will be stored in these environments:
Amazon AWS: Asia Pacific (Tokyo) Region [ap-northeast-1]
Google Cloud Platform: asia-northeast1 (Tokyo) Region
4. Data Access for System Inspection
We may access your usage status and data conditions solely for the purpose of managing and maintaining proper system operations. Users hereby consent to such data access by our system administrators.
5. Suspension and Interruption of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of this Service without prior notice to Users if we determine that any of the following grounds exist:
Performing urgent system maintenance, inspection, or updates.
Provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure, including fire, power outages, natural disasters, or network failure.
Provision of the Service becomes difficult due to failures, maintenance, or specification changes of third-party cloud infrastructure (such as AWS or GCP).
Any other reason where we deem a operational or technical suspension necessary.
We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users arising from the suspension or interruption of this Service.
6. Termination of Service
We may terminate the provision of this Service at our sole discretion. In such cases, we will, in principle, notify Users at least one (1) month in advance through our official website or other appropriate means.
7. Amendments to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without obtaining prior consent from Users.
Amended Terms shall become effective from the time they are posted on our official website (or on a separately designated effective date).
If a User continues to use the Service (or fails to cease using it within a specified period) after any amendments to these Terms, the User shall be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Evaluation Kit / Prototype Disclaimer: This Product and Service are provided strictly as a prototype or evaluation kit intended for research and development purposes. They are NOT designed, intended, or authorized for use in applications requiring extremely high reliability or safety, including but not limited to medical devices, defense systems, disaster prevention equipment, traffic control systems, or life-support equipment. We disclaim all liability for any damages arising from use in such applications.
Credential Security: We shall not be held liable for any damages (including data corruption or loss) incurred by Users due to the leakage, loss, or unauthorized third-party use of credentials, unless attributable to our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
No Guarantee on Data Accuracy: We offer no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the data provided by this Service. In particular, for applications requiring high-precision measurement, we accept no responsibility for any decisions made by Users or damages resulting from data obtained via this Service.
Backup Responsibility: Users shall be solely responsible for creating and maintaining backups of all data stored through this Service.
Data Loss & Force Majeure: Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on our part, we accept no liability for any damages suffered by Users due to the loss, corruption, or leak of data (including leaks resulting from force majeure).
Data Retention: Data retention periods within this Service shall follow our separately specified technical specifications. We assume no obligation to restore any data that has been automatically deleted after the expiration of such retention periods.
